The Bull Inn Linton

The village of Linton is set in a pleasant rural setting located south of Maidstone on the A229 Hastings Road. It is here that The Bull Inn is, and has been since well before 1674 when the first licensee was listed. The hub of village activity, drawing local residents and tourists alike to enjoy a fine range of drinks and a superb menu, all at realistic prices. The Bull Inn has comfortable surroundings, simply oozing the ambience of years gone by. Come in for food, dink or afternoon tea any day of the week!

So with drink in hand, you can sit back and relax in a perfect pub where there are a selection of real ales, and an extensive restaurant menu, which includes dishes with locally sourced ingredients.

Bar

As a Kentish Pub, we serve cask and keg ales from the country's oldest brewer Shepherd Neame and the brewery is just down the road at Faversham!

The comfortable bar is heavily beamed and comfortably furnished with traditional carved leather settees and wooden tables. Serving well kept ales including Spitfire and Bishops Finger and a large selection of bottled beers and lagers. We also have a varied and interesting wine list.

Our large beer garden and Patio seating areas at the rear of The Bull offer seating as well as lawns to admire the truly spectacular view and an ideal setting for sunny summer evenings and weekends.

Food

Our building used to be three separate places of work; an Inn, post office and barbers. The old post office and barbers is now our cosy restaurant. The Bull Inn has always enjoyed a good reputation as one of the most welcoming pubs with a restaurant that offers a wide range of exciting dishes, based upon the ethic of employing fresh ingredients from local suppliers.

There is an ever changing specials board, which contains more exciting and unusual dishes. These mouth-watering meals ensure that the menu offers something new to even the most regular of customers.

On sundays we host our traditional carvery, 12pm - 8pm, with all the classic trimmings you would expect from a traditional pub.
